However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return or exchange policy to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange


  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, along with all certificates, invoices, and accessories received.

  • The product should not show any signs of alteration, damage, or energization after purchase.

  • Customized, energized, or personalized items (such as products that have undergone puja or mantra energization) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds


  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • The refund will be credited to your original mode of payment (bank account, UPI, or card).

  • Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchange Option


  • You may exchange your item for another product of equal or higher value.

  • In case of a price difference, the customer will be required to pay the balance amount.

  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:


  • Products that have been energized or customized as per your request.

  • Items purchased during special offers, clearance sales, or discounts.

  • Used or damaged products.
